This is probably my most asked question and unfortunately, it does not come with a quick answer. All design requests are different so it is very hard to give an accurate quote without first knowing the specific details relevant to your needs. With that said; I do offer free quotes on all projects and urge you to click on the free quote link located within each category. Once I receive your request, I will get back to you within in 24 hours with a quote.

For all new customers, I require a 50% down payment with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project and prior to the release of the final work. Forms of payment that are accepted are PayPal, money orders, and personal/business checks (please note: check MUST clear prior to the release of design work. Fraudulent and/or returned checks will be reported and a $50 fee assessed). For returning customers who are in good standing, I will give the option of sending a 30-day invoice, meaning all payments must be received within thirty days of project completion.

Because each project is different, the length of completion will vary. After I receive your questionnaire, which is included when you request a quote, I will give you a time frame of the number of days it will take for the work to be completed.

I offer different services, therefore the process is different for each service. When you request a free quote, a time frame will be provided for the service you are inquiring about. If you have purchased a service, you will be given a time frame of completion in your confirmation. (Please note: Pre-purchased services will take no longer than 7 to 10 business days and in most case within a day or two).

I am going to answer this question with a question. Would you expect to be paid for the work you provided to your boss even if he/she said they found someone who will work for less money? I am sure you answered that question with a yes, so with that said, like anyone else who works, I expect to be paid for my time so once you agree to hire me for my services the 50% down payment and any subsequent monies become nonrefundable. I will however match the price of anyone who agrees to do your design work for less money. (Please note: you must show verifiable proof of their estimate).

I do not offer advertising at the current time; however, I do reserve the right to showcase my designs in my promotional work, so it is possible that you will receive some advertising as a result.
